Always remember to recieve a ball heel down toe up with a locked ankle. NEVER STOP A BALL WITH THE TOP OF YOUR FOOT!! It makes your COACH very MAD. juggling, toe taps, and tick tocks are good for practicing ball control. -- jugging: start the ball from the ground or the air and try and keep the ball low and eventually you can learn to use different parts of your body -- toe taps: quick switches as you are trying to get quick little touches on the ball -- tick tocks: quick small shuffles between your feet to work on sharp movements when doing fakes When going in for a tackle remember side on, slow down, sit down and keep the ball in front of you. For speed and footwork setting up a ladder and doing quick drills help when changing direction and defending
